Refund policy
At Kishan Kriti, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We ensure that every product is carefully packed and delivered with the highest standards of hygiene and freshness. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of food and consumable products such as Ghee, Spices, Herbs, and Natural Products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, returns or replacements may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Product packaging is tampered with
- Expired product received
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must remain unused and in original packaging
- Clear photos/videos of the product and package must be shared
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation from our support team.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Opened or used food products
- Products damaged due to improper handling by customers
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
